Returns返品について

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

商品は発送前に検品・梱包を行っております。返品・返金につきましては、以下の内容をご確認ください。

お客様都合（イメージ違い・ご注文間違いなど）による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

商品に破損・不良・誤発送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。ご注文番号と商品の写真を添えてご連絡いただけますと、確認後、交換または返金にて対応いたします。

Refunds返金について

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item (if required) has been received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

返金が承認された場合は、確認後、ご購入時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

なお、お客様都合による返品の場合、送料の返金はいたしかねます。

Shipping発送について

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been received.

ご注文いただいた商品は、お支払い確認後2営業日以内に発送いたします。
