yingtuitive – Letters To Self 寫情書

yingtuitive is a Singapore-born, London-based producer whose debut LP “Letters To Self 寫情書” arrives on Will Hofbauer’s Third Place. A classically trained pianist, her music integrates Southeast Asian traditions, electronic experimentation, and diasporic reflection to create intimate yet expansive soundscapes.

Featuring collaborations with South Korean ambient duo Salamanda and US artist Tristan Arp, the album is a sonic diary, a tender series of emotional letters to herself. With field recordings from Singapore and the UK, improvised piano, and experimental electronics, the album explores themes of identity, homesickness, and belonging. It’s a serene, emotive journey through ambient, ethereal, and blissful terrains, marking her unique artistic voice—honest, vulnerable, and quietly powerful.
